4. Delivery and Returns
4.1. Delivery
- Daily
Spice delivers products nationwide in Bangladesh.
- Delivery
times generally range from 2–5 business days but may vary due to
external factors.
- Delivery
charges: 70৳ (Dhaka), 100৳ (Nearby areas), 130৳ (Outside Dhaka).
4.2. Returns
- Orders
may be canceled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Customers
must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a product to request a
return.
- Approved
refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- If a
portion of the product has been consumed, the refund will be adjusted
accordingly
